Welcome to getflorus.com, operated by ClickCraft Ventures. In these terms,
"we", "us" and "our" mean ClickCraft Ventures. By using this site or placing
an order you agree to these terms.
1. WHO CAN ORDER
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live.
2. THE PRODUCT
A 10 ml cosmetic roll-on containing botanical oils, for external use on the
skin.
3. THIS IS A COSMETIC, NOT A MEDICINE
3.1 This product is a cosmetic. It is intended to be applied to the skin and
to give a cooling sensation and a botanical scent.
3.2 It is NOT a medicine or a drug. It is not intended to diagnose, treat,
cure, mitigate or prevent any disease, illness or condition, and nothing on
this site should be read as claiming otherwise.
3.3 Where this site describes a cooling feeling, a scent, or how the product
feels to use, those describe the sensory experience of a cosmetic. They are
not claims of a medical or therapeutic effect.
3.4 Nothing on this site is medical advice. Do not use anything here to
diagnose yourself or to decide whether to seek, delay or stop medical care.
4. WHEN TO SEE A DOCTOR INSTEAD
Please see a doctor, and do not rely on this or any cosmetic product, if you
have headaches that are new, becoming more frequent or more severe, or that
come with any of the following: fever, a stiff neck, confusion, drowsiness,
weakness or numbness, difficulty speaking, changes to your eyesight, a
headache that begins suddenly and severely, or a headache following a head
injury.
5. WHO SHOULD NOT USE IT
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It contains
feverfew, which is not recommended during pregnancy.
Do not use it on children under 12.
Do not use it if you are allergic to plants in the Asteraceae / Compositae
family, which includes chamomile, feverfew, ragweed, marigold and
chrysanthemum.
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before using it if you take regular medication or
have a diagnosed medical condition.
6. SAFE USE
You agree to follow the directions and warnings on the box. In particular:
- For external use on unbroken skin only
- Keep away from the eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with
cool water and seek medical advice if irritation continues
- Wash your hands after applying it
- Do not apply to broken, irritated or sunburned skin
- Patch test on the inner forearm for 24 hours before first use
- Stop using it if redness, stinging, burning or itching occurs
- Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children
- Keep the cap closed, store below 25°C away from direct sunlight
7. INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS
The full ingredient list, including any fragrance allergens that must be
declared, is printed on the box and published on our ingredients page. If you
have a known allergy, read it in full before ordering, and check the box of
each new order, since suppliers and formulations can change.
8. HOW IT FEELS VARIES
How strong the cooling feels, and how long it lasts, varies between people and
with skin type, temperature and how much you apply. Nothing on this site
guarantees a particular sensation or result.
9. PRICES, BUNDLES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Bundle prices are
volume offers: the stated per-bottle price and saving are the total divided by
the number of bottles you receive, compared with the single-bottle price.
We may change prices, change or discontinue the product, and limit order
quantities at any time. If a price or description error occurs, we may cancel
the affected order and refund it in full, and we will tell you.
10. ACCEPTING ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, including where
payment is not authorised, where we cannot ship to your address, where local
rules restrict import of cosmetics, where we suspect fraud, or where an order
looks like it is for resale.
11. SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
Covered by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which
form part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk passes to you on delivery.
12. OUR CONTENT
Everything on this site is owned by or licensed to ClickCraft Ventures and
protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or republish it for
commercial purposes without our written permission.
13. REVIEWS YOU SEND US
If you send us a review or photograph, you give us permission to show it with
your first name or initials. We do not publish reviews that describe the
product treating an illness or condition, and we may decline or edit
submissions that do.
14. OTHER COMPANIES' SERVICES
We use third parties for payments, delivery, tracking, reviews and analytics.
We are not responsible for their content or availability.
15. LIMIT OF OUR LIABILITY
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special
or consequential loss from using this site or the product, including loss from
using it contrary to the warnings, or from delaying medical care.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for the
product. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection or
product safety law that cannot be removed, or liability for death or personal
injury caused by our negligence.
16. INDEMNITY
You agree to cover us against claims arising from using the product contrary
to the warnings, from use by anyone you give it to, or from breaking these
terms.
17. LAW AND CHANGES
These terms are governed by the law of the place where ClickCraft Ventures is
established. We may update them by posting a new version here. The version in
force when you order is the one that applies.
18. IF PART OF THIS IS UNENFORCEABLE
That part is removed and the rest stays in force.
